Congratulations on being selected to the 2010 / 2011 North Shore District Girls Metro Program!

A Town Hall Meeting combining Player registration for this season will take place one day only on Wednesday June 9^th, 7:00 – 9:30pm in the Mickey McDougall gym at the corner of 23^rd and St Georges in North Vancouver (north side of 23rd to the east of the Courthouse).

We will begin with the Town Hall Meeting portion for information and questions regarding the Program. If possible we may process some registrations as Players / Parents arrive for the meeting, as well as after the meeting.

Meeting, Registration, Sizing:

• U14 and U15 – 7:00 – 8:00

• U16 and U17 – 8:00 – 9:00

Players are required to attend. Uniform information and sizing will be done at the same time. We should have sample sizes for jerseys, shorts, etc.

Here is a check list to ensure you have everything you are required to bring on Registration day.

• Uniform Deposit Cheque ($50.00)

Details and information:

1. Photo: Players 1” by 1” colour photograph (head shot only) on photographic quality paper (not photocopy or bond paper). On the back of the photo, please write the player’s name, and age group (e.g. U-16). This must be a recent photo!

2. Registration fee: is $930.00 We are unable to accept cash or credit cards so will require cheque(s),  payable to NSYSA, commensurate with one of the options below:

New Players:

One payment:

• $930.00

Or

Three payments:

• $310.00 first payment due June 7
• $310.00 installment #1 post dated to September 15
• $310.00 installment #2 post dated to November 15

3. Uniform / Kit:

All players must use the basic uniform kit (jerseys, shorts, socks) for the 2010 / 2011 season. The basic kit of two jerseys, shorts and socks are property of NSYSA. We require a $50.00 post dated cheque deposit to ensure these items (jerseys and shorts only) are returned in good condition at the end of the season. A cheque for this deposit amount should be post dated to April 1^st, 2011 and made payable to NSYSA.

Additional approved uniform / kit items are available from our supplier, Soccer Express: #2 - 1480 Marine Drive North Vancouver. We have set up a 15% discount for our players entitling them to boots and other soccer apparel at reduced prices. This will be available after July 1^st and available for most of the season.

Training & League Information:

Pre-season team training will begin August 30. League games will commence on the September 10, 11, 12 weekend.

Please note that any cheques should be made payable to NSYSA. Dishonored / NSF cheques, either for registration fees or uniform deposit, are subject to a $25.00 service fee.
